·         To provide sustainable housing facilities for the Long Term Survivors of HIV/AIDS 

·         By purchasing Apartment Buildings to meet our needs with short term mortgages at depressed prices

·         Gaining equity in the short term thus providing an economic base for future HIV Programs

·         Ending homeless for People Living with HIV/AIDS, and providing long term sustainable housing
